Its a huge weekend for soccer everywhere this Memorial Weekend, good luck to all players, coaches, and fans! We are fast conlcuding a very successful spring Sentinels season with ORVFC, and don't forget to keep your skills sharp all summer, join us in our camps, and register now for the fall season to continue on with the beautiful game!!!

WOW, not sure how many of us saw the UEFA Champoins League Final today just now, but it was AMAZING, and example of all situations in the game for players and coaches to appreciate and learn from...goals, yellow cards, missed penalties, extra time, PK shootout, it had it all!....Good luck to all players and coaches this weekend, I saw the u9 Boys win 2-1 (awesome!) and saw the u9 girls into a 1-1 match when I had to leave early...hope that one turned out well ladies! get the kids to watch the replay of Chelsea/Bayern tonite if you can!

For all those coming to the Coaches Clinic this Saturday, May 5th at QVHS Turf, following our games: Wear soccer gear, shorts, flat or turf shoes, bring a ball and maybe some water. I will have all of oyu participate in some Team Oriented Activities designed to be used with your teams in normal Training Sessions. Nothing too strenuoous, but some activity!
