By-Laws and Organizational Structure
The Sentinels are a division of QVRA, Inc. and therefore the officers of the corporation reside on the QVRA Board. Sub-Committee members, coaches and managers report to their respective Sentinel sub-committee chairs. All sub-committee chairs report to the Sentinel's President. The Sentinel President reports to the QVRA Board of Directors. Each year the Sentinels President provides an annual report to the QVRA Board outlining goals, policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities and key metrics the club chooses to demonstrate progress toward achieving its goals. The Sentinels have a allocated (1) board member role to respresent the soccer interests at the QVRA Board level.
