ONLINE MEMBER AND REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS

Please find below step-by-step directions to become an online member or to register for a Sentinels program. For an overview of our registration process, please visit Registration Overview & FAQ.

Become An Online Member
A family must become an “Online Member” to register for a program or to receive email updates about upcoming programs. After you have read the information below, click here to create your online member profile.

  • The system will ask you to create a Userid and Password. That Userid and Password will have information associated with it that we will use to manage your profile.
  • If you forget your Userid, please email feedback@orvfc.org and provide your name and address. We will send your Userid back to you. Do not create another family profile.
  • If you forget your Password, there is a link on the site that will automatically generate another password for you. If that does not seem to be working, please send us a quick email at feedback@orvfc.org and we will manually generate another password for you.
  • Once you have created and saved your Online Member profile, login to the systems and click on the ONLINE REGISTRATION link under the "Online Members-Only" section on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Under Section 1, add your family contact information. Please complete all requested info. This is the only way we can reach you and if there is an emergency and if we only have your home number that puts us in an extremely difficult position.
  • Under Section 2, add your player information. Please make sure you enter the birth date using the formate YYYY-MM-DD. Certain fields will change each year (school grade, etc.) and you will need to update those each year.
  • Once you have input family and player information, you can logout of the system. The information will be used by the club for any subsequent registrations or to contact you about upcoming programs. If ever you would like to be removed from our system, just send us an email and we will do so immediately.

Register for a Program
A family must first become an "Online Member" in order register for a program. Once you have done that and reviewed the information below, click here to proceed to our online module to register.

  • Please consider carefully your decision to register with respect to the commitments you are planning for your children.  We expect registered players to attend practices and games at least 90-95% of the time.
  • Login to the site. Click on the ONLINE REGISTRATION link under the "Online Members-Only" section. Add or edit any of the family contact or player information.
  • Register listed players for the appropriate programs.
  • Order uniforms for your player(s) (if needed). If you skip this step you will not be able to get a uniform until the next season. All players are required to have complete uniforms for their age group when they play a Sentinels match. So make sure you understand what you need now and order it.
  • Pay your registration fee via credit card or if you prefer to pay by check, print out the necessary forms and mail them in with your check.
  • We required to have a signed waiver on file for all players for each playing year. Each new playing year starts on August 1st and lasts until July 31st. Waivers can be found below and should be printed, signed and brought with you to the Parent Team meeting at the start of the season.
